  Useless. Car broke down wanted AA to take the car to them but needed to know where they wanted the car left. After 3 phone calls to them and being told, "they're either with a customer or on the phone, but they're phone you back". Nothing. Took the car somewhere else. Not even a phone call the next day to apologise.
