    Having bought from this company a couple of times successfully, my son placed a larger order using his Christmas money. After quite a few days, when the order had not arrived, I realised that I had not received a confirmation email so phoned and left a message. I waited a couple of days but noone returned the call. I then emailed and again waited but - nothing. Finally I got through on the phone and was told there had been a delay due to a problem with the supplier. I was told a delivery would arrive in a few days. I asked that if this was not the case, please contact me as my son was getting upset waiting. We did not receive any call so assumed our package would soon arrive. It did not. I called again and was told that it had been dispatched at the time of the original order so I then wasted a lot of time chasing it up with Royal Mail and searching the shed etc. but with no luck. I called again and this time was given the original story again! I was also informed that they were still waiting for their delivery from their supplier. I questioned how I could have been allowed to place an order when they did not have the stock and was told that an item was described as being in stock if they or their supplier had it. Their supplier is in America! And they did not even have it! At this point I asked for the manager to call me back (as he/she was not available at the time). The manager never called me back. When I did speak to a manager (me calling them again) I explained all the problems I had experienced but received no apology or offer of goodwill, only that my order had now been cancelled, even though some of the products I had ordered had been available. I then put all of this into an email and sent it to them so it could be shared with the other manager (apparently there are two) but this email was also not responded to! Worst customer service experience I have had in a long time. Very disappointing and upsetting for my 9 year old son. Had they actually apologised, explained why I was so badly dealt with and perhaps sent a token gift to my son, I would most likely have used them again but never will now.

    It had all the decks I wanted it is only a warehouse but it is awesomely great. Get all the decks you want I was sad that they didn't have the casino deck but they had run decks so I got thet
