  Assistant manager by the name of Jeanette was extremely rude to customers and members of staff. Definitely did not make for a very inviting experience in the store and I will not be returning for this reason.

  There was a young chap in here who helped with my knife purchases. Great service from him, just a shame the manager (?) I spoke to before was so dismissive of my queries. :( There was some very off putting shouting shortly after although I couldn't tell who it was aimed at. I was in there with my friend at the time and we both left soon after. :(
