  Purchased a used Mercedes from Mercedes Poole today. We have had a Mercedes for 11 years and have to say that the service we received was second to none. From the time we first arrived at the showroom we were met with friendly helpful staff. Our salesman was Mat Oraf who has excellent knowledge of Mercedes. He was very helpful and not pushy. He dealt with all our questions very efficiently and kept us informed from start to finish when our car was unveiled in the showroom. We would recommend both Mercedes of Poole and Mat to anyone who is looking for first class service. Oh and by the way our car is amazing. Thank you.

  Good location just outside poole centre , very good service and pricing on certain models , ring before going to ensure sales person at hand , has large collection of new second hand high end cars.
