  Appalling service from the aftersales departments. My van has been in three times for warranty work. Not once have they managed to do what they said when they said they would do it. Each time the van has been at least 2 days late in being returned. No courtesy car has been offered nor provided during any of this work. There is a general lack of care and a poor attitude towards their customers with each department blaming others for the delay and lack of satisfactory work. When calling the service departments for an update no one answers and the "urgent" call back promised by the reception staff never comes. It takes going into the dealership to get any form of response which is usually unsatisfactory and unhelpful. It is annoying enough that my vehicle keeps having to go for warranty work but to be treated like this means English Ford are unlikely to get any of my business in future.
