  Very bad experience with this company. Bedroom carpet with 10 year guarantee wearing badly after 4 years. Staff didn't want to know at first. Then rude and unhelpful. Complained to check a trade who were very sympathetic.. they tried several times to get carpets direct to mediate with me but they refused. Check a trade helped me to write a negative review for their website and gave carpets direct time to consider their position and mediate with me before it was published. On the very day that publication was due carpets direct cancelled their membership of check a trade even though they had prepaid and still had several months to run. No further comment needed I think.

  Great fitter, hard-working lad, very polite and the quality of his work was what you'd expect from a proud family trade. Would highly recommend to anyone in the market for quality value carpets, off-cuts or laminate and vinyl flooring with great choice.
